2010 VPSSA Western Zone/Whitten Region Athletics

The 2010 Whitten Region Athletics Carnival (including the Western Zone) will be held at Moonee Valley Athletics track (Aberfeldie) on Wednesday 13th October. Heats of the 800 metres and Hurdles will be held one week earlier at the same venue on Wednesday 6th October. Full programs are below in the forms section.

2010 Basketball Trials

The 2010 Western Zone/Whitten Region Basketball trials were held at the Altona Basketball Stadium on Wednesday 19th May.

2010 Western Zone Cross Country Championships

The 2010 Western Zone Cross Country will be on Wednesday 9th Juneat Brimbank Park.

2010 Hockey Trials

The 2010 Zone/Regional Hockey trials were held at the Footscray Hockey Club on Monday 17th May.

2010 Western Zone/Whitten Region Swimming Carnival

The 2010 Western Zone/Whitten Region Swimming Carnival was held at the outdoor Oak Park Swimming Pool on Wednesday 17th March 2010.
The State Championships was held at MSAC on Tuesday 27th April 2010.

2010 Western Zone Netball Trials

The 2010 Zone/Region netball trials will be held at the Altona Netball Centre on Tuesday 18th May 2010.

2010 Western Zone Soccer Trials

The 2010 Western Zone Soccer Trials for boys were held on Thursday 6th May 2010 at Fairbairn Park, Ascot Vale at 9:00am.
Only selected boys from those trials proceeded to the Whitten Region trials. These were held on Thursday 20th May between 9.30am and 12.30pm at Fairbairn Park. Nominated girls also participated in the Regional Girls trials at Fairbairn Park on Thursday 20th May between 12:30pm and 2.30pm

2010 Western Zone Golf Championships

The 2010 Western Zone Golf Qualifying events for the Whitten Region Golf Championships will be held during July & August. Entries are to be submitted directly to the VGA via the 'V Golf' website.

Western Zone/Regional Trials were conducted on Wednesday 5th of May at Hansen Resrve.

2010 Western Zone Cricket Trials

2010 VPSSA Western Zone Cricket Trials will be held at Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School,Essendon on Monday 22nd March.Successful applicants will be notified by letter and names listed on Cricket Victoria's website.
